Refund Policy

At Book Ordeals, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a straightforward refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 28 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you receive an item that is damaged you may be eligible for a refund. If an item breaks after 10 days of use, you are responsible and not eligible for a refund.  

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team directly at d.wagner66@aol.com with "REFUND" in subject line. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business and guide you through the process if you are eligible for a return. 

Once approved, you will be given an address to ship your return product to but note that postage will not be included in your return payment. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit and in it's original packaging.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the refund criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that certain items are exempt from our refund policy. These include personalized or custom-made products, as well as items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
